Project Close-Out Conference and Annual General Meeting

On Apr 9th 2016 is taking place an international conference on Tourette Syndrome - a project close-out meeting of project "With Tourette Syndrome Across Poland". Besides foreign partners and the leaders of the project to the conference were invitated also doctors and experts who are specalized in Tourette Syndrome. After the conference wil be taking place an Annual General Meeting of the Tourette Association of Poland where the Annual State of the Association Report and Financial report 2015 will be presented and approved. With Tourette Across Poland at the University of Gdansk

On 9th March 2016 at the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Gdansk took place an awareness action on Tourette Syndrome. The Action was held by three local project assistants Aneta Łukwińska, Justyna Skowrońska and Patrycja Ciurkowska from three different pomerian regions of Poland. Read more

The story of Julka Wojtkowiak in Tygodnik Śremski

On Jan, 8th 2016 in the local newspaper "Tygodnik Śremski" in a small town Śrem appeared in print an article about Julia Wojtkowiak who is an 8 y.o. girl suffering from Tourette Syndrome. The article is a result of action of Ewa Komorowska - a leader of the region Great Poland in the project "With Tourette Syndrome Across Poland". Ewa Komorowska encouraged the mother of Julia mrs. Tourette Volunteers at the Christmas Athletic Indoor Competition in Cracow

On Dec 2d 2015 in the sports hall of the Physical Education College in Cracow took place a Christmas Athletic Indoor Competition. In the event took part two volunteers from the project With Tourette Syndrome Across Poland Joanna and Wiktor Dębiccy. Human Library in Gdańsk

Within the Week of Human Rights took place on Dec 10th 2015 in Gdańsk a Human Library. Tourette Syndrome - Information event in the Secondary School in Lublin

A volunteer from the Project With Tourette Across Poland Dawid Zelent gave a lecture to his class in the A.and J. Vetter - Secondary School about Tourette Syndrome and the ways how to manage it and live normal life. In the presentation took part also the teachers from the school and other pupils. On 23, Nov. 2015 our volunteer from the project With Tourette Across Poland Agata Macoch delivered a lecture about Tourette Syndrom to the freshmen at the Silesian Medical University. 37 young students appeared in the lecture theatre. Report on the trip to Oslo

On Nov, 13-15 2015 a group of the local leaders and the board representatives from the Tourette Syndrome Association of Poland went to Oslo to meet people from Norwegian Tourette Association to take part in the meeting of the Norwegian local leaders. At the meeting was held a motivation training for all participants. The Polish representatives could also learn about the work of the Norsk Tourette Forening and the Norwegian Health System.
